The Power of Business Program is a two-day (March 4 and April 15) professional development experience designed specifically for veterinary teams —a veterinarian and a key member of their practice team. Together, teams will explore strategies to strengthen practice culture, improve team utilization, adopt emerging technologies, and better understand key financial and operational trends—all while earning up to 11 hours of continuing education (CE).
Through a combination of expert-led presentations and interactive, small-group workshops, participants will leave with practical, applicable tools they can put to work in their practice right away.
This program is designed for the veterinarian to bring one key staff member with them to the sessions.
