Membership Referral Program

"Share the POWER"

We are excited to introduce our new referral program designed to encourage our current members to help us grow the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association (IVMA) community. By participating, you can earn valuable rewards while supporting the professional development of your colleagues.

How it Works

For every new member referred to the IVMA, a current member will receive a $25 voucher towards any continuing education for the calendar year of the referral.
The total amount of the voucher is capped at 4 referrals ($100) in a calendar year.
To claim your voucher, simply enter the new IVMA member’s name in the IVMA Membership Recruitment online form (scan the QR code below) or fill out the membership card and send it to the IVMA offices. Once we receive your submission, and the new member is verified you will be emailed the voucher
Once the new member is confirmed the voucher will be emailed to you.
To redeem your voucher simply call the office at 317 974 0888 or email lourdes@invma.org.

Eligibility Criteria for New Members

A new member is defined as someone who is not a new (2024) or recent graduate (2023), life member, or sustaining member.
The new member must not have been active in the IVMA database for a minimum of 5 years.

Explanation:
New graduates are provided with a complimentary membership to aid their transition into the professional community and to avail them of the necessary support and resources.

Recent graduates are offered a reduced member rate to facilitate their access to IVMA’s benefits and services as they establish themselves within the veterinary profession.

Life and Sustaining members have already made substantial commitments to IVMA, thus they are not eligible for referral incentives, as they hold distinguished membership statuses within the association.

Steps to Refer a New Member

Online Form: Enter the new member’s name in the IVMA Membership Recruitment online form. Scan the QR code below to access the online form.
Fill out the membership card and send it to the IVMA offices at: Indiana Veterinary Medical Association

Once we receive your submission, and the new member has been verified we will email you a voucher.
