Dr. Jim Weisman

Dr. Weisman is 1997 graduate of the Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Weisman was in private small animal and emergency practice for 10 years.  In 2008, Dr. Weisman was returned back to Purdue where he remains today.  He is the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and a Clinical Associate Professor.  Dr. Weisman’s office leads the colleges efforts in recruitment, admissions, student life and career transition.  He works closely with graduating students to help them understand their job offers and contracts while also helping them to develop their skills in contract negotiation.  Dr. Weisman continues to practices in Purdue’s Emergency Critical Care section of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.

Dr. Andrew Woolcock

Andrew Woolcock received his DVM from Michigan State University in 2011. He went on to complete a small animal rotating internship at North Carolina University followed by a residency in small animal internal medicine at the University of Georgia. Dr. Woolcock became a Diplomate of the ACVIM and began his position as Assistant Professor of Small Animal Internal Medicine at Purdue University in 2015. Dr. Woolcock’s research interests include immune-mediated disease and inflammatory disease states, with a focus on oxidative stress and novel therapeutics.

“Dr. Jeanette Raikos is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.  She completed her residency and Master’s degree program at the University of Missouri.  Dr. Raikos is a diplomate of The American College of Theriogenologists.  When she is not consulting or assisting clients with their breeding programs, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family.”
